Kylo looked down at the man, he sneered a bit. He knelt down to his level and gave a small smirk “Anything? You mean that do you? What do you have to offer me, pathetic man?” he held his hair to make him look at him in the eyes.
Techie let out a shuddering sob, arms rigid at his sides in fear. “I’m g-good at n-numbers! I can f-f-fix anyth-thing, oh pl-ease, oh please! D-don’t-! Um, ah-”
He had to come up with something, *anything* to make this terror spare him!
“My eyes!” he accidentally shouts right into Ren’s face. “N-night vision, heat vis-vision, whatev-ever you w-want!”
He looked at the man, taking in the adrenaline of the terror. Then perplexed he looked at the mans eyes. “What the hell…” he looked at them close, noting they were cybernetic. “What the hell happened to your eyes?” he noted the mans rather scruffy and dirty look. He also noted the immense waves of anxiety flowing from him. He looked at his scared face, and he didn’t even flinch at the mans nervous shout. “What are you so afraid of?”
“I’m af-afraid of everyth-thing,” he admitted, ashamed, and added, “But mostly th-the woman who took m-my eyes.” Techie’s mouth snaps shut like a steel trap. He’d said more than he meant to.
You never give out info people can use against you. Techie knew this, and yet… how easily the words had come out of his mouth! He squirmed in Ren’s grip, desperate to get down and far, far away. “P-please,” he sobbed once more, lost in the fog of terror.
