Techie froze and felt ice run through his veins. Why is Kylo Ren, of all people, talking to him?! The blood is pulsing so hard in his ears that he doesn’t even know what the man is saying, and can only stare blankly at him.
“Um, ah,” he says, very intelligently.
And then bolts for the nearest exit.
Techie takes Ren’s hand carefully in his own. “I c-can see your shine. It’s lighting up th-the whole Finalizer!” He laughs a little and adds, “You can’t see it, but *my* eyes can p-pick up the light coming f-from inside of you.”
Techie pokes Ren’s chest right over his heart. “From right there,” he says, confident.
