Mitaka whimpers softly and looks up at the man. He didn’t look very frightening compared to his last master. He was afraid of most people after him though. Mitaka nods quickly and closes his eyes tightly, expecting to get hit.
Techie laughs too loudly for the still of the night. “You’re so b-bad,” he smiles fondly, already getting excited again for the thought of Dopheld in his bed. When they find a simple boarding house, Techie pays for a single room and the owner gives them a wink on the way upstairs. He pretends not to notice but he’s flushed all over.
