Matt’s face flushed as he looked at the roses that were still clutches in his hands. Slowly his eyes rose to meet techies again a small smile spreading on his face. He sucked in a deep breath as he forced himself to keep his gaze steady with techies. He had bought the roses and now he was going to through with this. That’s what he told himself at least, not chicken out like he’d done every other time that he found himself in a similar situation.
“ t-they’re for you.”Once there, Techie carefully puts his flowers in a thin vase with clear, cool water. Then, the redhead drops to his knees in front of his desk, pulling out a rose made of red and green twisting wires. He stands up, breathlessly excited, and holds it out to Matt. “Happy V-Valentine’s Day!”
Matt’s eyes fell upon the wire rose. His eyes sparked as he the red and green creation. It was the most Benin he had ever seen. Extending his hand he took it from techie clutching it tightly to his chest.
“ thank you techie this is best thing anyone’s ever given me.”
He puffs out his chest with pride. “Next year’s gift’ll be even b-better! I promise!”
