This started off as just a simple sketch of pink haired hux, but as i drew it i started thinking about canon hux and how he’d react to his pink-haired peace-loving AU counterpart. Scorn, perhaps? Lots of sneering and a few catty remarks about AU Hux’s hair colour choices?
But maybe deep down canon hux resents the path he was set on since joining the Academy and then the First Order… maybe he wishes for something more? A life where he’s not the figurehead of an evil military junta, where he had the courage to run away?
And once I drew hux, of course I had to give him a companion kylo too~
