AU aside when I found those two restaurants going back from work I was soooo done for ! And the huxley is indeed very classy, whereas the Kyloe is a grill !also Hux would be basically Gordon Ramsay, militant about cooking and food safety and serve only gourmet fancy dishes with classical music while Kylo buys beef in bulk, organizes open mic karaoke nights with the windows open and gives out all you can eat coupons to steal customers from Hux. they would sic health inspectors on each other all the time, there would be a cook-off at some point and later they would bang in the storage room on top of an industrial freezer.
