The story behinds this drawing: Kylo and Hux are constantly clashing and Kylo feels that the general does not respect him as a leader. Deep down, this is one of the strongest insecurities weighing upon him – that he his unworthy of his role and that others can see through to his weakness. One day Kylo decides to use the force to go into Armitage’s mind while he is asleep, partially motivated by revenge but also out of a curiosity for the other’s inner life which the general hides behind his
affectless demeanour. These experiments grow more and more bold and eventually he is even able to control Hux in the night as a somnambulist or sleepwalker under a kind of hypnosis. It pleases him to see Hux walk, kneel, do anything Ren wishes as if he were a puppet. Kylo also instills disturbing thoughts in him, the source of which Armitage cannot trace when he is awake, driving the general to near hysteria as Kylo works upon the other man’s greatest fears and long-buried painful memories. As he watches the general’s gradual decline, Kylo’s anger and hatred towards begin to subside into guilt and he begins to feel a romantic connectedness with him after spending so much time in his mind and understanding him as none ever had.Sorry, this is a somewhat dark story (probably influenced by watching Hannibal)
