THE KYLUX HOLIDAY GOLDCROWN AU: A Heavenly Christmas
Armitage Hux, a workaholic, finds himself in a coma and meets an “angel” named Han. He discovers that he is scheduled to die in order to become a “Christmas” angel in Heaven, despite never putting much thought in the spirit of Christmas and spending most of his holidays in front of a computer. For a trial run, Hux is assigned the difficult task of helping a struggling artist, Kylo, reconnect with his family and heal old wounds. As Kylo begins to overcome his issues, Hux begins to embrace the meaning of Christmas, heal wounds of his own, and perhaps find love along the way.
The young waitress eyed his order of three different slices of pie and a milkshake. “Are you expecting anyone else?” She asked.
“No.” He answered, not looking up from his fourth hot toddy of the morning.
Rey sighed and sat in the booth, throwing her order pad next to her. “you, uh, getting over a break-up or something?“
Hux downed the rest of his drink and looked at her with disdain. “Listen, I had really the shittiest of days and I just learned, among other things, that I can eat and drink whatever the fuck I want without gaining weight. Can you let me have this please?”
This scene was a legitimate scene that happened only instead of pies it was three different desserts and instead of a waitress it was a little girl who was like SAME. Also no cursing or alcohol.
