Mitaka whimpers softly and looks up at the man. He didn’t look very frightening compared to his last master. He was afraid of most people after him though. Mitaka nods quickly and closes his eyes tightly, expecting to get hit.

The sudden announcement came to a surprise to Phasma- along with a twinge of excitement. She always wanted to see what motherhood felt like, how she would act with a child of her own.

A sudden fear overtakes him. “W-will you have to go out for missions while you’re, um, p-pregnant, Lenina? I r-really hope n-not!” If she’s denied a maternity leave or something of the sort, Techie will have to take it up with his own brother.
“I certainly hope not,” she said, her face falling. All her life, she truly wanted a child, to give them the love that she saw mothers give their babies while she was on Parnassos. This tiny, fragile being inside of her could be in jeopardy if someone wounded her- or worse, she was killed.
“I’ll talk with Hux, o-okay? That’s not going to h-happen,” he assures her, heart pounding. Techie is going to be sick if Lenina must continue her duties as usual.

Accidentally falling asleep together
It had taken him many years of therapy to get to this point: cuddled up against a woman in bed, calm and unafraid that she would hurt him. Not just any woman either, but his wonderful wife, Sarah. She’d dozed off while reading over his report to double check for mistakes, and Techie wasn’t far off from dozing as well. He smiles softly to himself and wraps his arm around her wait, snuggling even closer.

Techie’s shoulders shake and his skinny frame is wracked with full-body heaves as he sobs, feeling lower than dirt, more hopeless than he ever has before. But Sarah’s hand on his back, rubbing soothing circles as she whispers words of comfort, is his lifeline. She tells him, “It hurts now but things will get better.” Techie clings to her words, to her, and knows this to be true.

Slow Dancing
He’s not sure where to put his hands, but that’s alright. Sarah guides them to her waist and smiles at him so beautifully that Techie knows he won’t ever let go. They sway together, slow, lost in the feel of each other’s beating hearts and the soft music. “I l-love you,” he whispers, reverent, and buries his face into her hair, cheeks pink.

Sarah, definitely. Techie can’t stand getting water into his eyes, and with so many years of having… substandard… hygiene practices, he’d rather not take any showers at all.
How do they make up after a fight?
Each stews on their own side of the room until one of them breaks down and they hug each other, teary-eyed. They’re both big babies when it comes to fighting!
Who prefers rain and who prefers sun?
I don’t think either like the rain. They’re both prone to melancholy and sadness, so rain doesn’t help at all! Sunshine is much better. Techie likes sunshine especially because, where there’s sun, there’s plants. He loves trees!
What’s their favorite place to go together?
Usually somewhere quiet and calm where they can talk and get wrapped up in one another without distraction. Both Sarah and Techie have anxiety, so places with a lot of people are a no-go!
Who’s more likely to be voted prom king/queen?
Sarah, one hundred percent!
Do they celebrate anniversaries, etc.?
Of course! No huge parties, but an intimate celebration where they can be proud of their love is what they do.
Who’d pressure the other into singing karaoke?
Sarah insists that her singing is horrible, but Techie would die of happiness if she sang a romantic song to him!!
What’s their nightly routine?
Well, usually it goes like this: sex, shower, cuddles, sleep. It’s the perfect way to end the day ❤
Who’s more likely to burn dinner?
Techie is. Sarah at least knows how to cook a little bit! Techie’s never touched a stove and he feels like he might spontaneously combust if he does!
