Day 12: Situational Prompt

After the tumultuous events from Crait, Hux and Kylo shares a quiet
moment. Hux discovers that everything he assumed about Kylo is wrong and
reassures him that he is enough as he is.

Kylo: Snoke always gave me orders. I feel so overwhelmed without him. I don’t know what I’m doing. I lost. Again.

Hux: We’ll get them, Ren. We’re so close.

Kylo: I’ll never be good enough. Skywalker beat me and he wasn’t even there. He left. No one will join me. I can’t do this. I don’t know what to do.

Hux: Kylo, you’re enough. I promise you. You’ll be great.

Day 11: Situational Prompt

As Hux brought Kylo back to medbay after the attack on Starkiller, his co-commander kept losing consciousness. It would be bad to fail Snoke’s orders, but it would be even worse to lose Kylo, especially since they had started seeing each other. They had plans, so many unfinished plans. Hux had never even had the chance to fully tell Kylo how he felt. “Stay with me! Don’t you dare leave me now!”

This is for @hurtkylofest Day 1 Prompt: Wounded

I’m not really happy with how it came out but I spent a while on it so I thought I’d post it anyway!

Words: 906

Kylo drags his body as far as he can until the pain
rips the air from his lungs with a gasp and he collapses to the ground. The
fight has left him too weak to heal himself with the Force and now the pain and
blood loss radiating from the wound in his side it will be impossible to focus
himself enough. It’s almost a relief to feel the snow beginning to melt into
his clothes as the cold numbs his wounds a little as his adrenaline begins to
fade. He wants to scream or to punch something, anything to distract from the
pain. But Kylo’s too weak for that, there’s too much blood staining the snow,
and all he can manage is to haul himself onto his back before he collapses again.

A little something for the @hurtkylofest

Han rushed to home, Leia had just gone away and Ben was by himself. The kid had been sleeping when he arrived. Han can only stare at him, he’s growing up so fast. Faster than how Han can figure out how to do this.

Han sat down, he really doesn’t know what to do when he’s here. It never felt like his place. But Ben, it always feels like his home. Despite Han really not knowing what to do with his kid.

So he just sat there, watching the boy he couldn’t quite raise right.

It woke him slowly the slight whimpers that escaped his boy. Poor little bandit is having a nightmare.

Picking the boy up, Han tried his best not to wake him. Ben still stirred from his sleep and Han rubbed his back.

“Hey little bandit. Is there a monster I need to shoot?” Han didn’t understand why he’s whispering.

“Papa?” Ben looked at him unsure. “Papa!”

Han can never keep up on how happy Ben always is when he sees him. It feels like he does not deserve it

Ben hugs his neck as tight as he could and he sobs. And Han’s unsure what to do again, so he holds Ben, promising to do anything for him. Promising to kill any monsters that chases his boy.
