Hello everyone, some of you probably remember this weekly event that died down a bit during the wait for The Last Jedi, but itâs back and I intend to keep it that way!
Some basic rules: send in your headcanons, art, fanfiction, ideas, anything that comes to mind and is related to the concept of trans Star Wars characters (falling anywhere on the trans spectrum, which includes all the nonbinary folks!), and I will post them throughout the day! We need more trans positivity in the fandom, and more representation, so letâs get together and spread some love. You can see some general DOs and DONâTs under the cut.

Responding to the theme of Pain, this could include prompts relating to either physical, emotional, or psychological pain, or common sayings like: âthe first cut is the deepest,â âa royal pain in the ass,â âno pain, no gain,â âunder pain of death,â âpushing on bruises,â âpain is inevitable, suffering is optional,â âbecoming numb to it all,â or âthe truth hurts.â You can also think more broadly about ideas about these characters working through pain, accepting it, or hurt/comfort. We also accept images, or excerpts of poetry or song lyrics!
Kind reminder that the Kylux Cantina isnât a headcanon community, itâs a community designed to encourage creative writing and art from as many angles as possible. Please keep your prompts open-ended, to ensure inventive drabble/drawble responses from multiple authors/artists; donât send full story outlines or fleshed-out headcanons.
On Sunday, the prompts will be published throughout the day, so as not to flood your dashes. At your leisure, you are welcome to reblog the prompt with your own drabbles or art, or submit to the cantina.
