Personal Techienician Headcanon
Techie loves taking baths. This stems from the fact that MaMa and her gang kept him locked up in a server room with little more than his equipment, a stove, and a bed and didn’t let him bathe often.
Matt finds out about his boyfriend’s love of baths and goes to Space Lush to get him some bath bombs and bubble bars. They end up taking baths together.
Oh my god I bet he loves the bath bombs with glitter and bright colors!
After space lush they go to Bed, Bath and Beyond the Galaxy. Followed by Jakku Candles, and lets not forget they stop to eat at wampa burger King.

[I’d say water bothers his eyes too much for lush showers to be a thing at first, but once he figures out a way to bypass that… Techie gets hooked on showers and baths! He loves to feel clean for once.]
Imagine Techie’s first pregnancy. He’s excited, but also rather nervous. He’s with Matt now and Ma-Ma and her gang have been taken care of but he can’t help but feel scared that something is going to happen. To him. To the baby. Something.
When he starts showing, he takes to holding his belly with both hands – protectively.
Matt is always there to comfort him and reassure him that he’s safe. Nothing is going to happen to him or their baby. He relaxes some.
As Techie’s pregnancy progresses, he gets rather large despite the fact that he’s only carrying one. Matt’s fault no doubt.
As it gets harder and harder for Techie to do things, he starts to get nervous again.
By the end of his seventh month he is more or less confined to bed rest.
He gets so upset. He can’t hardly move. What if something happens and someone comes to hurt him. He can’t protect his baby, he can’t even protect himself!
Matt steps in and comforts him, hugging him and telling him that he’s safe and has nothing to worry about. Not while he’s around.
For the remainder of Techie’s pregnancy, Matt goes all out make a show of being a protective husband. He doesn’t want him to keep getting worked up, it’s not good for him or the baby.
In addition to dialing up his protectiveness, Matt also spoils Techie rotten.
By the time Techie is ready to give birth, he’s gained a good deal of weight.
After a long, difficult labor he births a healthy baby girl. She has her mum’s hair and her daddy’s eyes.
Some Techie Headcanons
+ In the mornings, before he’s fully awake, he doesn’t shake or stutter. Later when he’s alert, all the trauma will rush back to him and he’ll start up again 😢
+ Techie loves to hold hands with the very few people he trusts because it helps ground him to his current reality instead of bad memories and he feels safer ☺
+ Matt and Techie are President and Vice President, respectively, of the only Kylo Ren Fanclub on the Finalizer. (He joined to make Matt happy ❤)
+ General Hux and the Knights of Ren occasionally crash their club meetings (Hux with a “valid reason” every time of course) and Techie hates it 😂
